Licensing condition
Studio Fontana grants the license for usage of music from both Czech and foreign music libraries (as represented by Studio Fontana) for the production of audiovisual creations and commercials. Studio Fontana is granting the license on behalf of authors of the music, perfomers and the owner of the master rights, thus saving clients’ time. The price of such license will vary depending on the type of usage, length of the music and length of the license, all of which can be found in our price list (available on demand). We are also flexible in the case of long-term contracts and the special conditions arising from them.
Post-production
All music used for production of e.g. full-length, animated or advert movies, audiovisual production, TV production, series etc belongs to this category. Also music sets for sports and dance groups.
Advertisement (Commercials)
Music in this section is licensed for production of radio and TV commercials, with the limit of 1 minute to the length of music used. The prices depend on which Music library the music used belongs to, the type of media (TV, movie, radio, internet …) and the area (local, regional, nationwide, international, whole world).
Production
Music used for production of music logos, transitions, program advertising etc. The price will depend on the type of media and the area covered.
Multimedia
The price in this section will depend on the length of the music used and whether the usage was multimedia or internet.
Theatre
Prices are set individually according to the audience capacity of the theatre hall and the number of performances for every second of the music.
Public performance
Prices are set individually according to the size of audience and the number of performances for every second of the music.
Condition for granting the license:
The license comes to effect once the license fee has been paid (invoice has been paid), in the case of long-term contract under the contract terms.
One-time license
For invoicing we need following documents:
- Copy of trade certificate or printout of trade register in case of companies, name, surname and personal id number
- Copy of certificate of registration for tax payments
- Invoicing information and the report for music usage according to the contract terms
